Michael Corcoran

35 years across property investment, development, and finance — including senior executive roles at Lend Lease, Stockland, Morgan Stanley, Proprium Capital and Mirvac.
Michael co-founded Condurré to provide clients with genuinely independent development management, financing and advisory services, drawing on a career built across master-planned communities, apartment, retirement, and mixed-use urban renewal projects in every mainland State of Australia as well as debt and equity financing and funds management.
Prior to Condurré, Michael co-founded Solido Capital, where he served as Executive Director, AFSL Responsible Manager, and member of the Investment & Credit Committee for nearly a decade — overseeing more than $1.1 billion in development finance and equity investment.
Michael is currently Managing Director of Condurré and chairs the Joint Venture Development Committee for the Zuccoli Master-Planned Community in Darwin, NT.

Kevin Corcoran

Kevin Corcoran is a senior executive with more than 35 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors in Australia and internationally. His career has been defined by disciplined operational leadership, strategic governance, risk management and the delivery of major capital works in some of Australia's most demanding institutional environments.
Over the course of his career, Kevin built deep expertise in public–private partnerships, security and operational risk assessment, and corporate governance — advising consortium partners and government evaluation panels on major PPP bids across SA, NT, WA and NSW.
As Director and Chief Operating Officer of Condurré, Kevin brings the same rigour, discipline and stakeholder management capability that defined his public and private sector career to the residential development and investment sector.

Matthew Lambrinos
Senior Consultant
15+ years across property development, commercial real estate investment, and capital structuring on the Australian east coast.
Matt provides clients with hands-on, independent development management and advisory services — bridging capital allocation and on-the-ground delivery experience across the full project lifecycle.
Matt spent seven years at Solido Capital as Senior Analyst, leading credit and due diligence across the full capital stack — senior debt, mezzanine, preferred and ordinary equity — and representing equity investor interests through delivery and exit of projects across NSW, Queensland, and Victoria. He contributed to the oversight of more than $1 billion in property investments during that period.
Matt has developed and sold property on his own account, built a commercial services business from start-up, and currently serves as a Director of HVL Hotels alongside his role at Condurré.
